Working with Karma was an absolute god send, and made looking for a new home in a new country a breeze. She understood exactly what we needed, and tailored our search around those requirements. Her local knowledge was exceptional, and without this we wouldn't have found our perfect home. To say she went the extra mile, would be an understatement, l can't thank her enough.

I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal. She also arranged the movers for me. This was a huge bonus, as otherwise I would have had to wait longer to secure an appointment. She was very thorough in noting any defects in my new flat. Amelia also organised the transfer of utilities to my name which was another huge help in the run-up to moving day. I have been in my new place for a week now and am very happy here. I strongly recommend working with Amelia: she minimised the stress in the entire process and in addition to being an absolute professional, was very fun and easy to work with.
